In the spirit of a CSA, exact share contents will vary, based on what's available. Possible varieties include: Shiitake, Oyster (blue, brown, black pearl, yellow), King trumpets, Lions mane, Chestnut, Pioppino, Beech, Comb Tooth and Maitake. We strive to give you a wide sampling of our mushroom varieties.
