My Background

For 10 years, I ran Fat Moon Mushrooms, supplying organic gourmet mushrooms to acclaimed chefs and distributors across New England. I built that business from a grow-your-own kit my son got at Wegmans to a respected supplier known for quality, consistency, and strong relationships.

I closed farm production and shifted to grow kits and consulting. That transition gave me space to focus on what I do best - solving operational problems, building strong brands, and teaching what I've learned.
