Fat Moon Lunch and Learns
Free monthly sessions for farmers, small business owners and nonprofit leaders who want to run their organizations with more clarity.
When I ran my farm, the connections I made with fellow entrepreneurs and industry leaders were some of the most valuable things I did for my growth and for the business. That’s the “work on your business, not in your business” time every leader needs and rarely takes.
So we’re making it easy. Bring your lunch, sit down for an hour, learn from Elizabeth, and connect with other leaders.
How it works: Free, on Zoom, about one hour. Elizabeth opens with a 10-minute TED Talk-style intro, then opens the floor for 45 minutes of conversation and connection.
AI Code of Conduct

You’ll leave with a clear sense of what to consider when you draft your own AI Code of Conduct.
AI can be a minefield. Defining how you and your team use it, how much, and why can go a long way toward navigating it. You may have strong opinions on all of this. Elizabeth will share a framework for organizing them into a code of conduct.

About Elizabeth
After 10 years running Fat Moon Mushrooms, Elizabeth now helps small farms and food businesses know their numbers. She bootstrapped the farm from a grow tent in her basement to an operation distributing throughout New England, growing over 1,000 lbs a week at its peak. Today she helps owners turn their data into better management decisions.
