Craving a lobster roll, but can't make the trip to Cape Cod? Make it at home with lion's mane mushrooms!
This is an easy, vegan imitation recipe that will leave people questioning whether it really is made of mushrooms or lobster.
Ingredients
Handful of Fat Moon Lion's Mane Mushrooms
Tbsp of Butter
Dash of Salt
A Few tbsp of Mayo
Green Onions, chopped
Parsley, chopped
Lemon Squeeze
- Bun, toasted
Directions
Sauté Lion's Mane in butter for 6 to 7 minutes on medium low heat, or until the Lion's Mane mushrooms are mostly brown. Sprinkle a dash of salt over top.
Mix sautéed Lion's Mane in bowl with mayo, green onions, parsley, and a squeeze of lemon.
Place mixture onto a toasted bun. Squeeze more lemon on top if desired.
