We topped our pizza with mushrooms, spinach, tomato sauce, red pepper, red onion, and fresh garlic. Mozzarella and parmesan cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes add that extra something special to your pizza.
Get creative, toss whatever toppings you have in the fridge on top of your pie!
Ingredients
- 1 Activfit Super Grains Ultra Thin Crust
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Grated Parmesan Cheese, to taste
- 1/8 cup Fresh Vegetables (Ex. Spinach, Red Pepper, Red Onion, and Garlic)
- 1/4 cup Fat Moon Mushrooms
- Olive Oil
- Oregano and Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Clean and slice your Fat Moon mushrooms.
Sauté your mushrooms in olive oil, about 3-5 minutes.
Top crust with sauce, cheese, vegetables, and sautéed mushrooms.
Place pizza on center oven rack for 8-12 minutes. Let cool 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
