Mushroom Grilled Cheese

Mushroom Grilled Cheese

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • 4 oz Fat Moon Mushrooms
  • Sliced Cheese
  • Butter

 

How to Make:

  1. Sauté mushrooms until browned and soft. 
  2. Assemble sandwiches by buttering bread and layering cheese and mushrooms.
  3. Toast in skillet until golden brown. 

 

Note: The recipe for this tasty sandwich can easily be modified to suit your tastes. Switch up the type of bread, flavor of cheese, and variety of mushrooms. Our favorite combo is shiitake with sharp cheddar cheese.
