- 4 Slices of Bread
- 4 oz Fat Moon Mushrooms
- Sliced Cheese
- Butter
Directions
Sauté mushrooms until browned and soft.
Assemble sandwiches by buttering bread and layering cheese and mushrooms.
Toast in skillet until golden brown.
