Mushroom Mac N Cheese
Farmer Elizabeth is always looking for ways to fortify Mac n' Cheese with more vitamins, nutrients, and fiber. You can experiment with flavors of cheese and varieties of mushrooms. We recommend cheddar with shiitake!
- 8oz Fat Moon Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 box Annie's Mac n' Cheese
- Micro Greens, if desired
How to Make:
1. Sauté mushrooms & onions in a skillet.
2. Cook mac n' cheese according to instructions on package.
3. Combine mushrooms and mac n' cheese.
4. Garnish with micro-greens, if desired.
